Jello Fluff Recipe

Holidays are a great time for family memories and sharing meals with our loved ones. Every family has their own traditions and favorite dishes that they love or have at all holiday gatherings. One of my families most requested dishes is my Mom’s Jello Fluff. She has made it in many different flavors; raspberry, lime, orange, strawberry, the possibilities are as endless as jello flavors. Usually, I make the fluff with raspberry jello, but orange is delicious too. I am guessing my Mom started making it because my brother and I would not touch cranberry sauce and it has been on our holiday table ever since. I make it every year now too since it doesn’t seem like a holiday without it!

Mom’s Jello Fluff Recipe

Ingredients:

2 ¼ cups boiling water

6 ounces jello (flavor of your choice)

20 ounces crushed pineapple (do not drain)

12 ounces Cool Whip

6-8 ounces yogurt (best to match the flavor of your jello)

Combine boiling water, jello, and pineapple together in a bowl and chill for at least 2 to 3 hours.

In another, bowl mix together cool whip and yogurt. Fold into chilled jello mixture and chill until ready to eat. So easy and delicious!

Enjoy…and Happy Thanksgiving!!!
